Installation of biggest BOP in Caspian Sea Deepwater
Khazar Exploration and Production Company (KEPCO) has completed the "Blowout Preventer" (BOP) valve services and testing for deepwater operation installation.
This BOP weighs 200 tons and 13 meters height able to withstand 15000 psi pressure is very unique. This new valve is going to be installed by Amir-Kabir semisubmersible platform in deepwater of Caspian Sea.
